Al horouf al arabia - Harf al alif - حرف الألف

The letter Al alif :


       Or Harf al alif = ح.ر.ف-ا.ل.أ.ل.ف = حرف الألف 

and the writing format of that letter or حرف is like this : 

" أ " or " إ " or " آ " also like that:  " ا " without that small thing on the top " ء ".

That small mark " ء " is named : 

الهمزة alhamza (ا.ل.ه.م.ز.ة) 


It the first harf in Al horouf al arabia or in the arabic letters.

And it considered as a letter A in English.

It could be writing in the first or in the middle or in the last of the word.

==> examples : 

           - أنا -Ana- (أ.ن.ا ) which it mean "Iam"

           - أنت -Anta- (أ.ن.ت) which mean "you" for Masculine.

        - أنت -Anti- (أ.ن.ت) which mean "you" for Feminine.

           - أنتم -Antum- (أ.ن.ت.م) which mean "you" For masculine plural.

           - أنتن -Antuna- (أ.ن.ت.ن) which mean "you" For feminine plural.

The Arabic Letters الحروف العربية - Introduction

The Arabic Letters : Hello everyone interested in learning Arabic! Today in this first episode of the Arabic language course series, I will display the alphabet of the language, with an explanation of how to  pronounce it. I hope everyone will benefit,  good luck.
